Below is a breakdown of each option.  

School time coverage:
·         Policy Effective Date: first day of school
·         Ends last day of school
·         Covers all students that premium has been paid; while participating in any school sponsored event including interscholastic sport, except for football

24-hour Coverage:
·         Policy Effective Date: first day of school
·         Ends on policy expiration date: July 31, 2017
·         provides coverage on a 24-hour per day basis for students which premium has been paid – during school hours, after school, evenings, weekends, holidays, and summer vacation – anywhere in the world until school reopens the following school year including interscholastic sports except for football.
·         Recommended coverage for athletics and activities that extend past the last day of school

Football Coverage:
·         Starts: August 1, 2016
·         Ends on policy expiration date: July 31, 2017
·         Football players grades 9-12 which premium has been paid
·         Covers football ONLY

Online Enrollment:
·         Will be active the week of August 1. 2015
·         Coverage begins the day after application and premium are received by Bollinger

Pre-existing definition:
Pre-existing Condition means a condition for which an Insured received any diagnosis, medical advice or treatment or  had  taken  any  prescription  medicines  during  the  three  (3)  months  to  five  (5)  years  immediately  preceding  the Covered Loss.

Reinjury of the same body part within 6 months of the covered accident unless previously cleared by a physician to practice or play.

Basically, the policy will cover Reinjury after 6 months of the covered accident. If the Reinjury occurs within 6 months of the covered accident, it would only be covered if the student/athlete was previously cleared by a physician to practice and/or play.
